A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING; INC. AND TAMARAC UTILITIES, INC.
FOR RESTORATION OF PAVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAG& FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #090498 in the amount of $10,000.00
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. and Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Restoration of Pavement
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
