FOR BACKBONE IMPROVEMENTS LAND SECTIONS 4, 5 and 6
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC-,, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 090635 in the amount of $ 1 ,424,375.00
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Backbone Improvements Land Sections 4, 5 and 6 .
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
