SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 091980 in the amount of $ 649,625.00
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc. -
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Backbone Improvements Land Sections 4, 5, and 6
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
