SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 915128 in the amount of $174,180.00
was posted by Leadership Housing Inc.
as Principal through Highlands Insurance Company as Surety
for Lime Bay - Parcel E
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
