BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAgz FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond #940640 in the amount of $ 16,800.00
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc.
as Principal through Insurance Company of North America as Surety
for Timber Run Clubhouse Site
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond its released.
