CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 9 -O
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY COUNCIL TO APPOINT
TWELVE REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF CONSUMER
AFFAIRS: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council is desirous of appointing twelve
(12) members to the Board of Consumer Affairs, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms
to expire May 11, 1979.

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
