A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED BY
LEADERSHIP HOUSING INC.
FOR STOP LIGHT AT COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD
AND 47TH TERRACE .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARACK, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Band #090248 in the amount of $20,000.00
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc.
as Principal through Argonaut Insurance Company as Surety
for Stop Light at Commercial Boulevard and 47th Terrace
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
