BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARACA FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDINGS OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 031868 in the amount of $ 194,407.50
was posted by Leadership Housing, Inc.
as Principal. through Insurance Company of North America as Surety
for Westwood Community 5/ Northwood Estates
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released.
