A RESOLUTrON ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL FOR
EXCESS LAW-,-ENFORCEMENT-.OFFICERS LIA-
BILrTY INSURANCE COVERAGE.
WKEREAS, the City of Tamarac has heretofore advertised
proposals for excess lav enforcement officers liability insurance
coverage, and
WHEREAS, the Council is desirous of awarding the con-
tract for excess law -enforcement officers liability insurance
coverage,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE. CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION' 1: That the proposal of 14 C Ca

be accepted for categories as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto effective December 21, 1978.
