CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.R- -7 q- b
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE
CITY'S SIGN ORDINANCE TO SUMMIT BANK.
WHEREAS, an application has been made by Summit Bank for a
waiver of the City's sign ordinance for an existing ground sign with
new copy located on University Drive at 6006 Office Complex; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists in that

WHEREAS, the granting of said waiver is in the best interests
of the citizens of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIdN'l: That pursuant to the terms of Sec.21-15 of the
Tamarac City Code, a waiver is granted to Summit Bank.
SECTION 2: The conditions of the granting of this waiver are
as follows:
