A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH
FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT FOR
CYPRESS CREEK COMMONS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute a supplemental agreement with the South Florida
Water Management District for Cypress Creek Commons, a copy of which
is attached hereto.
SECTION 2: This REsolution shall become effective im-
mediately upon its adoption.

S�pLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT made and entered into on this, —'
A. D•, 1979, by and between the SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, of
NT DISTRICT, a public
corporation of the State of Florida, hereinafter designated as the DISTRICT and the
CITY OF TAMARAC, a Broward County, Florida, municipality, herein
after Wafter designated
as the CITY.
WITNESSETH
THAT WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, A. D. g , 1977, an agreement, hereinafter
referred to as the AGREEMENT, was entered into by and between the parties here
WHEREAS, the AGREEMENT to; and
provided that a grant of funds as specified therein,
would remain obligated only until September 30, 1978, after which no further obligation
to Pay said grant would be enforceable against the DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of December, A. D., 1978, a supplemental agreemen
hereinafter referred to as the SUPPLEMENT,t�
was entered into by and between the parties
hereto, whereby the AGREEMENT was revived and the time during which the grant
would remain obligated was extended to September 30, 1979, after which g nt funds

pay said grant would be enforceable against the DISTRICT; and
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of both parties hereto to enter into an adds supplement, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND SUPPLEMENT, modifyingadditional

Y extending the time during which the DISTRICT shall remain
obligated to pay the grant set out in the AGREEMENT.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits flowing from each to the o
the parties hereto agree as follows: Cher,

That Paragraph 6 on page 3 of the AGREEMENT, as modified by Paragraph
on page 1 of the SUPPLEMENTI shall be changed to read as follows:
"The aforesaid grant of DISTRICT funds in the amount of Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00) shall become available for use under this
agreement concurrent with the execution hereof, and shall remain
obligated by reason of this agreement for the before stated
until Januar Purposes
Y 31, 1980, after which no further obligation to pay
the aforesaid grant under this agreement by the DISTRICT shall be
enforceable, and it is specifically understood by each of the parties
hereto that unless construction of the aforesaid items is substantial
completed and accepted b the DISTRICT prior substantially

Of the aforesaid funds shall be so expended by the DISTRICT."

2. That the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect, subject only
to the change,and modification as set forth in Paragraph 1. of this SECOND SUPPLEMENT.
