CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A $10,000
CASH BOND POSTED BY LEADERSHIP HOUSING INC.
FOR WESTWOOD 24 DRAINAGE CORRECTIONS.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $10,000 was posted
by Leadership Housing Inc. to guarantee satisfactory completion
of drainage corrections in Westwood Section 24, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection of said
corrective work and recommends release of said bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $10,000 posted
by Leadership Housing Inc. to guarantee satisfactory completion of
drainage corrections in Westwood Section 24 is hereby released.
SECTION 2: Conditions: WITHHOLD 2,600.00 for the COLONY WEST
ESTATES SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS as per letter of HLR Inc. dated
JULY 31 1979.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 12th day of September,1979.
