CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT LYING IN
LOT 1, BLOCK 323, WESTWOOD COMMUNITY FOUR.
WHEREAS, there presently exists a Utility Easement on Lot 1,
Block 323, Westwood Community Four, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 45 of the Public Records of Broward County,.
Florida. Said land situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to vacate said
easement; and
WHEREAS, those utility companies, having an interest in the said
utility easement, have agreed to the vacation of same; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendations of
the Staff by vacating said easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Utility Easement, on property described as:
Lot 1, Block 323, Westwood Community Four, according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 77, Page 45 of the Public Records of Broward County,
Florida. Said land situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida, is
hereby vacated.
SECTION 2: That Resolution No. 79-117 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this AQ day of J ,1979.
