A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL
RESERVATION ON PORTION OF TRACT 20, LANDSECTION #3

WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state
any objection it may have to release of Canal reservation across
the property described herein, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and
has recommended the City file no objection to such release.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to
the release of canal reservation involving a portion of Tract 20,
Land Section 3,Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
