A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
4 TO PERMIT A DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT WITH
A DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A B-2 ZONING
5 DISTRICT AT COMMERCIAL PLAZA, ON STATE ROAD
6 7, NORTH OF COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD. PURSUANT
TO ORDINANCE NO. 76-23, THE SAME BEING SECTION
28-197 OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE: PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

9 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council
10 of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in
11 accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public
12 hearing regarding the Special Exception to permit a Dry Cleaning
13 Establishment in a B-2 zoning district on property described
14 herein, and the said public hearing has been held in accordance
15 with the notice and the public has been given an opportunity to be,
36 and has.been heard; and the Council has examined and investigated
17 the request for the Special Exception herein and has received the
18 recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac;
19 and
20 WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held on Petition
21 No. 8-Z-79 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter; and
22 WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the public health,
23 safety, morals and general welfare of the public would not be
24 adversely affected by granting such Special Exception.
25 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF
26 THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
27 SECTION 1: That those lands described in
2$ Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made alpart hereof are bereby
29 granted a Sepcial Exception for use as a Dry Cleaning Establishment,
30 with the following conditions:' ,
