A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION
TO PERMIT A DRY CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT WITH
DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICES IN A B-2 ZONING
DISTRICT AT FAMILY MART CENTER ON UNIVERSITY
DRIVE AT McNAB ROAD. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE
NO. 76-23, THE SAME BEING SECTION 28-197
OF THE TAMARAC CITY CODE; PROVIDING AN EFFECT-
IVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instruction of the City Council
of the City of Tamarac, Florida, public notice has been given in
accordance with the applicable law of the time and place of public
hearing regarding the Special Exception to permit a Dry Cleaning
Establishment in a B-2 zoning district on property described herein
and the said public hearing has been held in accordance with the
notice and the public has given an opportunity to be, and
has been heard; and the Council has examined and investigated the
request for the Special Exception herein and has received the
recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac;
and
WHEREAS, the public hearing has been held on Petition
No. 10-Z-79 by the City Council pursuant to the Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems that the public health,
safety, morals and general welfare of the public would not be
adversely affected by granting such Special Exception.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those Lands described in

Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a! part hereof are hereby
granted a Special Exception for use as a Dry Cleaning Establishment,
with the following conditions:
