A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT DENNY'S

RESTAURANT #1334, 5710 UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
PETITION #15-Z-79.

WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides For
7
the granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a
8
Public Hearing; and
9
WHEREAS, DENNY'S RESTAURANT #1334, has applied for a
10
special exception to permit the consumption of beer and wine on the
11
premises at 5710 University Drive, Tamarac; and
12
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
13
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
14
application for Special Exception; and ,
15
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that

the petition for special exception would be in keeping with the

public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1.: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of beer and wine at DENNY'S RESTAURANT #1334,
5710 University Drive, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
