CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- %q-o23
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF WARRANTY
LETTER OF CREDIT BY TAMARAC-LAUDERHILL
CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH WITNESSES.
WHEREAS, a Warranty Letter of Credit in the amount of
$8,877.50 was posted by the Tamarac -Lauderhill Congregation of
Jehovah Witnesses, covering the subdivision improvements located
at 9904 Northwest 77th Street, Tamarac, Florida; and -
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said Warranty Letter of Credit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to release said Warranty
Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Warranty Letter of Credit in the
amount of $8,877.50 posted by the Tamarac -Lauderhill Congregation
of Jehovah Witnesses, covering the subdivision improvements located
at 9904 Northwest 77th Street, Tamarac, Florida, is hereby released.
