R- 7q- a3) A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF CANAL RESERVATION NO. 11607. WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any objection it may have to release of canal reservations across the property described herein, and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has recommended the City file no objection to such release. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION l: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the release of canal reservation. No.11607 involving the land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, known as the North one half of Tract 1, Land Section 13-49-41. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2� day of , 1971.
