RESOLUTION NO. R-79-242
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A LETTER
OF CREDIT NO. 1306 DRAWN ON COCONUT GROVE
BANK OF MIAMI IN THE AMOUNT OF $43,368.75
BY PARADISE DEVELOPERS, LTD. POSTED ON 6/24/77
WHEREAS, Paradise Developers, Ltd., posted, on June
23, 1977, a Letter of Credit, number 1306, drawn on Coconut
Grove Bank of Miami in the amount of $43,368.75 for subdivision
improvements at the Paradise Estates development, and
WHEREAS, improvements have been inspected by the
City Engineer and the City Engineer has recommended release of
the Letter of Credit, number 1306, upon submission of a 25%
warranty bond in the amount of $8,673.75, which will also cover
construction of sidewalks at each homesite.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit, number 1306,
in the amount of $43,368.75 posted by Paradise Developers on
June 24, 1977 for subdivision improvements at the Paradise
Estates development is hereby released subject to the submission
of a 25% one year warranty bond and 100% performance bond for side-
walk installation or letter of credit in the amount of $8,673.75,
which will also cover sidewalk construction at each homesite.
The sidewalks must be completed within one (1) year of the date
of this Resolution .
