CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-���
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
FOR PERSONNEL, FORMERLY EMPLOYED BY TAMARAC
UTILITIES. INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make a policy
declaration concerning employee benefits for new City personnel,
formerly employed by Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That all personnel, formerly employed by
Tamarac Utilities, Inc. and transitioned to employment with the
City of Tamarac, shall be entitled to receive and commence accruing
to the same employee benefits, as set forth in the City of Tamarac,
Personnel Manual, that any other new employee of the City of Tamarac
would be entitled to receive and accrue.
SECTION 2: Such benefits shall commence immediately
following the closing on the purchase of Tamarac Utilities, Inc.
by the City of Tamarac.
