CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.79-254
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
ASSIGNMENTS OF AGREEMENTS FROM TAMARAC
UTILITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, under the Agreement of Purchase and Sale of Tamarac
Utilities, Inc., the Seller was to convey to the City of Tamarac by assignment
certain agreements which run in favor of the Seller, and
WHEREAS, the City will be taking title to the assets of the Seller
on Monday, October 15, 1979, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the City Council accept the
assignment of these certain agreements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Tamarac hereby agrees
to the assignment of the following to the City of Tamarac:
a. "201" Agreement
b. City of Lauderhill - Interconnect and Sludge Farm Lease
c. Vehicle Lease - GELCO Fleet and Management Services
Company
d. Coastal Data Services Agreement
e. Radio Purchase Contract - Motorola
f. Sludge Farm Lease Agreement
g. Colony West Weed Control
h. Developer Agreements
i. Any and all other agreements necessary to. effectuate
the purchase.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this % . day of October, 1979.
