CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 79-d SZ
A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO.R-79-224 AWARDING A BID FOR
CARPET AND TILE INSTALLATION IN
CITY HALL.
WHEREAS, following the adoption of Resolution No.R-79-224,
the City Council determined it would be in the City's best interest
to rescind this action and re -advertise for new bids.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No.R-79-224 awarding a bid for
installation of carpet and tile in City Hall to Carpetland in the
amount of $8,805.58, including alternates 1 and 4, is hereby repealed
SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
re -advertise for new bids.
