CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7-W-,5 7
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ACTING CITY MANAGER IN THE
ABSENCE OF THE CITY MANAGER AND THE ASSISTANT CITY
MANAGER
WHEREAS, the City Manager has designated EVAN CROSS to be Acting
City Manager in his absence or disability and in the absence or disability of
the Assistant City Manager, and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the City Council to approve
the designation made by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Tamarac City Council approved the designation
of EVAN CROSS as Acting City Manager in the absence or disability of the City
Manager and the Assistant City Manager. The Acting City Manager shall assume
the duties and responsibilities of the City Manager in his absence or
disability.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately.
