CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 79- ,F�
A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE WEEK OF OCTOBER
27th THROUGH NOVEMBER 3rd, 1979 TO BE
DESIGNATED AS TAMARAC YOUTH SOCCER WEEK;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is aware of the need for youth orientated activities; and
WHEREAS, The Tamarac Youth Soccer League has organized a
Soccer Program for the youth of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Tamarac Youth Soccer League will begin its
first season of play in the City of Tamarac on Saturday,
October27 ,1979 at Tamarac Park.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tamarac, Florida,
is desirous of proclaiming October 27th through November 3rd,
1979 as "Tamarac Youth Soccer Week".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Tamarac,
Florida supports execution of a Mayoral Proclamation to designate
the week of October 27th through November 3rd, 1979 as "Tamarac
Youth Soccer Week" in Tamarac.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of October, 1979.
