A RESOLUTION RELEASING A BOND POSTED
BY LAST CHANCE, INC. FOR FIRST STATE
BANK (SUNNILAND)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION ONE: FINDING OF FACT AND RELEASE OF BOND.
Subdivision Improvement Bond # 023-SB-032961-BCA- in the
amount of $65,430.63 was posted by Last Chance, Inc., William B.
Leonard, as Principal through The Aetna Casualty and -Surety Company
as Surety for First State Bank- MF5976, Eng. Project # 1113-183.
The City Engineer has found that the work has been satisfactorily
completed and accordingly said bond is released subject to
receipt and approval of a one year warranty bond in the amount
of $6,375.86.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 75!� day of 4�UL 1979.
