CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7q- 0?6
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE CITY'S
SIGN ORDINANCE TO WICKER COUNTRY, INC.
WHEREAS, an application has been made by WICKER COUNTRY,
INC. for a waiver of the City's sign ordinance for a_second business
identification sign to be located in front of store within the
Sunflower Shops on North University Drive; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists in that the one approved
sign cannot be seen southbound; and
WHEREAS, the granting of said waiver is in the best
interests of the citizens of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That pursuant to the terms of Section 21-15
of the Tamarac City Code, a waiver is granted to WICKER COUNTRY, INC.
for a sign as noted above.
SECTION 2: The conditions of the granting of this waiver
are as follows:
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
