It will be the sole responsibility of the proposer to deliver personally his proposal to the City of Tamarac, Office of the City Clerk. Envelope should be marked: "INSURANCE PROPOSAL" 2. The City of Tamarac reserves the right to reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the City of Tamarac, Florida. 3. Insurance companies must be authorized to do business in the State of Florida. A. The City reserves the right to make its own selection of a qualified agent of record in the event of more than one proposal submitted by the same company. B. The City reserves the right to replace the agent of record, with another agent of the same company if, in the opinion of the City, the agent is not rendering the service required to properly service the account. C. The Insurance Agency and/or Insurance Company will file, as part of their proposal, a statement of their financial condition and rating as per the latest edition of "Bests Insurance Reports". D. A description of claim and safety engineering services and other risk management services should be included. E. The agent shall provide evidence of errors and omissions protection. 4. The City reserves the right to use judgment factors of the City in determining which proposal shall be in its best interest of the City and is not required to accept the lowest premium proposal. Award will be made to the most responsible bidder in accordance with the best mutual in- terests of the City. 5. The City has attempted to include correct and complete under- writing information required, however, the proposer shall be responsible for determining the full extent of exposures and verification of the information presented herein. The =t City and its representatives will not be responsible for S errors and omissions or failure of the proposer to evaluate ` and determine the full extent of their exposures. 6. In order to allow sufficient opportunity for review of the proposal submitted, the quotation submitted shall be guaranteed for no less than sixtp (60) days. Form 105 ri Page 2.
