A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR
PREPARATION OF A HOUSING ELE14ENT
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are hereby
authorized to execute a Consultant Agreement for the preparation of
