CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH
BOND FOR A WATER MAIN PROJECT POSTED BY
CHARLES AND MARGARET MINNET.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $4,980.00 was
posted by Charles and Margaret Minnet for a water main'project at
N.W. 37th Avenue and Commercial Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of 75% of said cash bond, leaving a balance of
25% in the amount of $1,245.00, as a one-year Warranty Cash Bond;
and
WHEREAS, the City.Council wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the 75% of said cash bond in the amount
of $4;980.00, leaving a balance of 25%, in the amount of $1,245.00,
for a water main project at N.W. 37th Avenue and Commercial Boule-
vard posted by Charles and Margaret Minnet, is hereby released.
