CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R�
A RESOIUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
IN A RESTAURANT TO BE LOCATED IN THE PLAZA
DEL SOL SHOPPING CENTER. PETITION 14-Z-79.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exceptions by the City Council after a Public
Hearing; and
WHEREAS, DEN -MAR ENTERPRISES, has applied for a special
exception to permit the consumption of beer and wine on the premises
of a restaurant to be located in the Plaza Del Sol Shopping Center,
(on N.W. 57th Street and N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac); and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of beer and wine in a restaurant to be located
in the Plaza Del Sol Shopping Center is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
