CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 79-1,
BUILDING PERMIT FEES BY SETTING INSULATION
PERMIT FEE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to new State Energy Code Requirements,
the City's Building Department shall inspect insulation in all new
residential and commercial construction, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set the permit fee for
insulation inspection services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: City of Tamarac Resolution No. 79-1 is hereby
amended by adding to Exhibit A thereof a new sub -section (f) under
Section A: BUILDING, Item 5. Roofing and Siding, as follows:
SECTION A: BUILDING
5. Roofing and Siding
(f) Insulation 2% of cost of job or $20. 00 whichever his higher.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
