A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO.76-128 AND AUTHORIZING RELEASE

OF IMPACT ASSESSMENT FEE FOR TAMARAC
PROFESSIONAL BUILDING.

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 76-128 authorized release of an
7
impact assessment fee less an adjustment for recomputed building
8
permit fees in the amount of $389.22, to Buchnell Construction
9
Companvz and

WHEREAS, said fee was never refunded to Buchnell Construc-
11
tion Company, which has since gone out of business; and
12
WHEREAS, Messrs. Mervin B. Cohen and Ernest Michaelson,
13
owners of Tamarac Professional Building have requested refund of
14
said impact assessment fee less engineering inspection fees; and
15
WHEREAS, the City Council is now desirous of releasing said

impact assessment fee, less an adjustment for engineering inspection
17
fees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

FLORIDA:

SECTION 1: That Resolution No.76-128 authorizing
21
release of an impact assessment fee to Buchnell Construction Company
22
is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2: That the impact assessment fee in the
24
amount of $196.72, posted for Tamarac Professional Building, is
25
hereby released to Messrs. Mervin Cohen and Ernest Michaelson.

SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall become effective
27
immediately upon its adoption.
