CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- /f �2-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENT BOND POSTED FOR TAMARAC PROFESSIONAL
BUILDING.
WHEREAS, a cash subdivision improvment bond in the amount
of $6,250.00 was posted by Mervin B. Cohen, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said bond without requiring submission
of a 25% warranty bond, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation
of the City Engineer by releasing said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash subdivision improvement bond in the
amount of $6,250.00 posted by Mervin B. Cohen is hereby released.
SECTION 2 : Conditions:— z6l�e
SECTION 3:
This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this ���ay of February, 1979.
