RESOLUTION NO. R- % �'
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF
PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
WHEREAS, Section 18-3 of the Tamarac City Code provides that
Council may allow ninety (900) degree angle parking in an amount
where and whenever an unusual circulation hardship would exist by
adhering to strict application thereof, and further provides that the
waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and welfare
of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, t'he City Council desires to take action on the
waiver requested in the application of Coral Gables Federal Savings
and Loan Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC:
SECTION 1: That the application for a waiver to Section 18-3
of the Tamarac City Code to allow ninety (900) degree angle parking,
is hereby approved, subject to marking to be designated for employee
parking, because zero degree or ninety degree angle parking through-
out the property would create an unusual circulation hardship to the
property owner and this waiver would not be detrimental to public
safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be effective immediately
upon its approval by the City Council.
