RESOLUTION NO. ) - 7 -�
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BURGLAR ALARM USER
PERMIT FEES AND ADDITIONAL FEES FOR FAILURE TO
TIMELY OBTAIN A BURGLAR ALARM USER PERMIT
WHEREAS, Section 14-64(3) provides that Burglar Alarm
User Permit Fees are to be established by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: There shall be a $50.00 annual burglar
alarm user permit fee. This fee shall not be prorated for a part of
the year.
SECTION 2: Every user permit which is not renewed by
February 15 of each year shall subject the user town additional fee
of $20.00.
SECTION 3: Every new user who does not obtain a

permit within ten days of the date of installation of his alarm
system shall be subject to an additional fee of $20.00. The new
user must demonstrate to the City the date the system wag installed
and failure to do so shall subject the new user to the additional
$20.00 fee set forth in this section.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall be effective upon
adoption and initial payments received shall be for calendar year 197S
