CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7Q-57
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULTS OF
THE GENERAL ELECTION VOTING ON AMEND-
MENTS TO THE CITY CHARTER.
WHEREAS, a General Election was held on March 13, 1979, wherein
the electorate was asked to vote on amendments to the Charter of the
City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the County Canvassing Board has canvassed the results
of the machine voting and absentee ballots and has certified such
results to the Election Board of the City of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has reviewed the certification from
the County Canvassing Board and has presented their findings to the
City Council for a formal Certification and Declaration of the results
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following is hereby certified and de-
clared as the official results of the public vote at the General
Election of March 13, 1979, for the proposed Charter Amendments:
QUESTION 1: Amendment to Section 4.03 of the City Charter.

QUESTION 2: Amendment to Section 4.04 of the City Charter.

which was adopted at the General Election held on March 9, 1976,
and subsequently amended.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14 day of March ,1979.
