A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING RELEASE OF
A CANAL RESERVATION ON LOT 10, NORTH

LAUREL CIRCLE SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac has been requested to state any
6
objection it may have to release of canal reservations across Lot 10
7
of North Laurel Circle, and
8
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has examined such request and has
9
recommended the City file no objection to such release.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC:

SECTION 1: That the City of Tamarac has no objection to the
13
release of canal reservations on Lot 10 of North Laurel Circle Sub-
14
division,'copy of which description is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

as recorded in Plat Book 89, at Page 47, of the Public Records of
Broward County, Florida.
EDD Deed No. E 590, Dated Aug. 12, 1919, Deed Book 10, Page 74.

As unnecessary delays in processing these requests may create a hardship on the property owner or devel-

ervations being released without further notice.
