RESOLUTION NO. R 7 F-6-51
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPERS
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND TAMARAC UTILITIES
FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICES TO THE EASTSIDE FIRE
STATION #2
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed and recommends Council's
approval of a Developers Agreement between the City and Tamarac Utilities,
Inc. for water and sewer services to the EastsAde Fire Station #2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
to execute and the City Clerk to attest to the Developers Agreement between
the City of Tamarac and Tamarac Utilities, Inc. for water and sewer services
to the Eastside Fire Station #2.
