A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING RELEASE
OF A CASH BOND POSTED BY UNIVERSITY HOUSING CORPORATION
FOR CORRECTIVE WORK AT THE CONCORD VILLAGE (TANGLEWOOD
PROJECT)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 0-78-31, University Housing Corpora-
tion posted a $9,520.40 cash bond for corrective work at the Concord Village
(Tanglewood Project); and
WHEREAS, said work has been completed and inspected by the Chief
Building Official who recommends release of such bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation of the
Chief Building Official and wishes to release said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the $9,520.40 cash bond posted by University Hous-
ing Corporation for corrective work at the Concord Village (Tanglewood Project)
is hereby released.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day
