A RESOLUTION GRANTING A WAIVER OF THE CITY'S
SIGN ORDINANCE TO SIDDON ASSOCIATES FOR THE
VILLAS AT WOODLAND GREENS.
WHEREAS, an application has been made by Siddon Associates
for a waiver of the City's sign ordinance for a temporary
sales office directional sign to be located on the north side
of Commercial Boulevard, 50 feet east of the commons at Shaker
Village and
WHEREAS, a hardship is claimed in that this is the only
location for exposure, as the project is to the rear of Shaker
Village and Shaker Village Condominium Association has granted
its permission, and
WHEREAS, the granting of said waiver is in the best
interest of the citizens of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to the terms of Sec. 21-15
of the Tamarac City Code, a waiver is granted to Siddon Associates
for signs as noted above.
SECTION 2: The conditions of the granting of this

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
