CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R _7 9-79
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT
BOND POSTED BY EMIL AND NINA MASSARO, AS PRINCIPALS; AND
FIDELITY & DEPOSIT OF MARYLAND, AS SURETY; FOR THE FOUNTAIN
APARTM NTS .
WHEREAS, a Subdivision Improvement Bond in the amount of $48,875.00
was posted by Emil and Nina Massaro, as Principals; and Fidelity & Deposit
of Maryland, as Surety; for The Fountain Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and recommends
release of said Sureby Bond, subject to payment of additional engineering
inspection fees in the amount of $793.52; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of the
City Engineer with conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Subdivision Improvment Bond in the amount of
$48,875.00, posted by Emil and Nina Massaro, as Principals; and Fidelity &
Deposit of Maryland, as Surety; is hereby released, conditional upon payment
of additional engineering inspection fees in the amount of $793.52.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THISday of April, 1979.
