CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 79 -d'y
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF A CASH LANDSCAPING
BOND POSTED BY MR. ALAN AUFZIE[V FOR 5100 WHITE OAK LANE,
WOODLANDS.
WHEREAS, a cash bond in the amount of $3,000.00 was posted by
Alan Aufzien for 5100 White Oak Lane, Woodlands, in order to receive a Certi-
ficate of Occupancy; and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has made final inspection and recommends
release of said bond; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of the
City Planner by releasing said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash bond in the amount of $3,000.00, posted
by Alan Aufzien, for landscaping work at 5100 White Oak Lane, Woodlands, is
hereby released.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS // day of April, 1979.
