RESOLUTION NO. R - 7 y-<RS_
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE AT MARY'S PIZZA RES-
TAURANT. 8146 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE. TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting of
special exceptions by the City Council after a Public hearing; and
WHEREAS, MARY'S PIZZA RESTAURANT has applied for a Special Exception
to permit the consumption of beer and wine on the premises of the restaurant
located at 8146 North University Drive, Tamarac; and
WIC, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been given
an opportunity to express their views concerning the application for Special
Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the petition
for Special Exception would be in keeping with the public health, safety and
general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
FLORIDA:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF T11E CITY OF TAMARAC,
SECTION 1: That the petition for Special Exception to permit the
consumption of beer and wine in MARY'S PIZZA RESTAURANT at 8146 North University
Drive, Tamarac, is hereby APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval (if any):
(a) Closing Time - 2:00 A.M. Local Time.
