CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION SETTING SITE PLAN SUB-
MISSION AND REVIEW FEES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: 1Site Development Plans Submission Fees
Schedule. Each preliminary site development plan shall be ac-
companied by an initial administrative review fee, in accordance wit
the following schedule:
(a) Residential Development
1- $45.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2 $22.50 per acre for any additional acreage, or
$2.50'per dwelling unit, whichever is greater.
(b) Commercial Development
1- $90.00 per acre for the first twenty acres.
2- $45.00 per acre for any additional acreage.
(c) Minimum Review Fees.
The minimum review fees for developments submitted pursuant to Sec-
tion 4 of Ordinance No. 76-44 as amended from time to time, shall
be as follows:
1- New Developments = $400.00
2- Revisions to approved site development plans= $400,(
*NOTE. 1. For minor phN7sical changes to previously approved site
development plans which the Chief Building Official, City Engineer,
and Director of Community Development determine do not substan-
tially affect the overall development plans, the minimum fee shall
be $150.00.
2. Where a Site Development Plan has been previously ap-
proved by the City Council and a proposed revision occurs entirely
within a private recreation area, the administrative review fee
shall be $50.00 if no existing recreation building is increased in
floor area, and if no new building is added and if the traffic flow
is not altered, and if no revisions to the site engineering is re-
quired in the opinion of the City Engineer.

(d) Concept Review Fee..
For informational purposes, reviewed by Staff and discussed at a
meeting with the Planning Commission - $200.00.
(e) Subsequent Administrative Review Fees.
If the initial preliminary site development plan is determined
by the Planning Commission to not be in substantial compliance
to Section 5 or 6, of Ord. #76--44 as amended from time to time,
subsequent submissions shall be accompanied with a fee of $50.00.
SECTION 2: Resolution #77-193 and any other Resolution
in conflict herewith_ are hereby repealed, however, enactment of
this Resolution does not affect fees due under Resolution R-77-193.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
