CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF LETTERS OF
CREDIT POSTED BY TRENDSETTER HOMES FOR WOODMONT
TRACT 64, BOMANITE PAVING.
WHEREAS, Letters of Credit in the amounts of $6900.00
and $12,680.50 were drawn on the Landmark First National Bank
of Fort Lauderdale, by Trendsetter Homes, for Woodmont Tract
64, for the bomanite paving project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and
recommends release of said Letters of Credit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendatior
of the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letters of Credit in the amounts of
$6,900.00 and $12,680.50, drawn on the Landmark First National
Bank of Fort Lauderdale, by Trendsetter Homes, for Woodmont
Tract 64, for the bomanite paving project, be released.
SECTION 2: That no maintenance bond shall be required for
the bomanite paving project due to the fact that a recorded
Covenant was submitted to the City for perpetual maintenance of
the bomanite paving by the Homeowners Association.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this P77day of April\ 1979.
