CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-%
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TWO ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO
THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT UPON THE EXPIRATION OF TWO
TERMS OF OFFhCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, two vacancies exist in the expiration of the terms
of two alternate members -of the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of filling said vacancies
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That QEORGE HINCKEN is hereby appointed an
alternate member of the Board of Adjustment, for a term to expire
July 16, 1980, with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S.163
and Section 28 of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 2: That ROBERT SOKOL is hereby appointed an alter-
nate member of the Board of Adjustment, for a term to expire July 16,
1980, with all the powers and duties enumerated in F.S.S.163 and Sec-
tion 28 of the Code of Ordinances..
SECTION 3:
Any alternate member of the Board of Adjustment
may be removed from office for cause by the City Council upon written
charges and after public hearing.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective im-
mediately upon its adoption.
