CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- 7 j-- 9-Z
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF CASH WARRANTY BONDS, POSTED
BY MIDLAND ADVISORY OD., FOR THE GREENS OF TAMARAC.
WHEREAS, cash Warranty Bonds in the amounts of $3,223.84 and $689.00,
were posted by the Midland Advisory Co., for The Greens of Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has made final inspection and recommends
release of said cash Warranty Bonds; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept the recommendation of the
City Engineer by releasing said bonds.
NOW, THER[MRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Cash Warranty Bonds in the amounts of $3,223.84
and $689.00, posted by the Midland Advisory Co. for The Greens of Tamarac, are
hereby released.
