A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VACATION OF EASEMENTS,
JOINDER IN VACATION OF EASEMENTS, DEDICATION OF
EASEMENTS, AND JOINDER IN DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS
FOR GARDENS OF SABAL PALMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Vacation of Easements of Vanbots of Sabal
Palms, Inc. for Parcel B, of Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac, Plat
Book 79, Page 42 of the Records of Broward County, Florida, is hereby
approved. (Copy attached)
SECTION 2: That the Joinder in Vacation of Easements between
Sabal Palm Properties, Inc. and Vanbots of Sabal Palms, Inc. for
Parcel B, of Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac, Plat Book 79, Page 42 of
the Records of Broward County, Florida, is hereby approved. (Copy Atta�hed)
SECTION 3: That the Dedication of Easements of Vanbots of Sabal
Palms, Inc. to the perpetual use of the public for Parcel B, of
Sabal Palm Village of Tamarac, Plat Book 79, Page 42 of the Records
of Broward County, Florida, is hereby approved. (Copy Attached)
SECTION 4: That the Joinder in Dedication of Easements between
Sabal Palm Properties, Inc. and Vanbots of Sabal Palms, Inc. for the
perpetual use of the public for Parcel B, of Sabal Palm Village of
Tamarac, Plat Book 79, Page 42 of the Records of Broward County,
Florida, is hereby approved. (Copy attached)
SECTION 5: The approval of Vacation of Easement and Joinder
of Vacation of Easement is contingent upon vacation of said easements
by the Broward County Commission.
SECTION 6: The adoption of this.Resolution is not intended as
approval of any specific site plan of the property owner.
