CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-97-=
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPOINTING THREE
(3) REGULAR MEMBERS AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of appointing three (3) regular
members and two (2) alternate members to the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby ratified and
confirmed as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific part of this
Resolution.
KQTION : That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the Code, the following persons
are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of the Board of Adjustment to fulfill
three-year terms expiring July 16, 1999, or until such time as reappointments are
made:

SECTION 3: That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the Code, the following person is
HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular member of the Board of Adjustment for a
three-year term to expire July 16, 2000, or until such time as reappointments are made:
Sam Pizzarello
SECTION 4: That the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as alternate
members of the Board of Adjustment for one-year terms to expire July 16, 1998, or until
such time as reappointments are made:
Murray Schwartzman Bernard M. Winter
SECTION 5: All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 6: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.

SF TIC This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
